About Us
But we believe good stewardship combined with God’s love is a powerful force indeed.
We believe our highest calling is to love God and serve the people around us.
Hope RE Funding is part of a family of affiliated nonprofit organizations united by that mission, working together to turn abundance into blessing and need into hope.
In 2024, when Blessings of Hope's transformational food redistribution network became constrained by real estate capacity, Hope RE Funding was established to solve that barrier.
We channel donations and private capital from impact investors into mission-focused real estate—expanding the reach of a proven ministry without government dependency or traditional debt financing.
Issues interest-only promissory notes to accredited investors and lends that capital to Hope RE Holdings for real estate acquisition and development.
A nonprofit subsidiary that purchases and manages real estate properties under mortgage, then leases them to Blessings of Hope for operational use.
Operates food distribution centers across the country, rescuing millions of pounds of surplus food annually and redistributing it through partnerships with churches, ministries, and nonprofits.
A partner Christian organization that ministers to spiritual needs alongside the Blessings of Hope food assistance program.
Blessings of Hope has been operating at scale for years, earning the trust of major corporations, local communities, and ministry partners nationwide. Strong governance, independent oversight, and transparent financial reporting have built a foundation of accountability.
When you partner with Hope RE Funding, you work directly with our leadership team—not through intermediaries or fund managers. You'll receive regular updates, have access to ask questions, and know exactly how your capital is being stewarded.
We've intentionally built a model that doesn't rely on government grants or bureaucratic approval. This allows us to move quickly, serve efficiently, and maintain the dignified character that defines our work.
We are rooted in the belief that God loves all people, and that He calls us to steward our resources well. Like Jesus, we want to meet the needs around us in the most responsible way possible.
As Christians, we love God and desire to obey His Word to us. These verses from the Bible especially guide our mission:
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
— Mark 12:30-31
"Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life."
— 1 Timothy 6:17-19
"And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men."
—Colossians 3:23
