What is an accredited investor?

To determine if you qualify, you'll need to meet specific financial criteria defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Generally, individuals qualify if they have:

A net worth exceeding $1 million
(excluding primary residence)

OR

An annual income over $200,000 individually—or $300,000 jointly with a spouse—for the past two years, with the expectation of maintaining that income

Certain entities, such as trusts and organizations with over $5 million in assets, may also qualify. For full details on accredited investor status, visit the SEC's official definition.

Donate the Investment

Hope RE Funding is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3).
